2.2 Data provided voluntarily by the data subject

In particular, in addition to the email address necessary for answering the sender, any other personal data contained in the communication shall be processed.

Google Inc., in particular, is contractually bound to ensure adequate protection of your rights as the data subject. 9. Storage period of personal data 
Your personal data processed and stored so as to allow proper use of our website are processed and stored for a period not exceeding 12 months from the date of collection. The Data Controller reserves the right, in any case, to ask you to renew your consent for processing and/or to verify the consent already given.

10. Optional nature of giving consent and consequences of not giving it
In relation to personal data processed by means of cookies which are not strictly necessary for enabling proper use of the website, providing your personal data is not an obligation of a contractual nature, but is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as without such processing it is possible that the website does not work properly.
Consent is to be considered optional in relation to cookies which are not strictly necessary. In the latter case, failure to provide such data will only make it impossible to provide a personalised service.

11. Rights of the data subject
11.1 Right to object


As the data subject, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating your particular situation, to processing of your personal data, pursuant to letters e) or f) of Article 6, paragraph 1, including profiling based on those provisions. The Data Controller shall refrain from processing your personal data unless he demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of a right in court.

11.2 Other rights
The Data Controller also wishes to inform you about the following rights of data subjects:
Right of access of the data subject: the data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to personal data and specific information, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR;

Right to rectification: the data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary statement, in accordance with Art. 16 of the GDPR;
Right to the erasure of data, including the right to withdraw consent:   the data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the erasure of personal data without undue delay and the Data Controller is obligated to erase personal data without undue delay, or to withdraw consent, if the reasons set out in Art. 17 of the GDPR exist. With regard to the right of withdrawal of consent, the data subject also has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, however, data processing operations carried out based on consent given prior to the withdrawal of consent shall be legitimate;

Right to restriction of processing: The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing in the cases defined in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data provided to the Data Controller, and has the right to send such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Data Controller in the cases and under the conditions specified in Art. 20 of the GDPR.

12. Exercise of your rights

Requests to exercise the rights indicated in this privacy policy, including, in particular, the right to erasure and the right to withdraw consent given, should be addressed to the Data Controller and sent to this email address etgsrl@etgsrl.it. Alternatively, you can exercise your rights by sending a notice by registered mail with return receipt to the office of ETG S.R.L., via di Porto, 159 50018 Scandicci, Florence.

13. Access to the privacy policy
The privacy policy can be found at the address www.etgsrl.it and can be obtained from the Data Controller. If expressly requested by the data subject, the information may also be provided orally, on condition that the identity of the data subject is proven, by making a request intended for the Data Controller over the telephone.

14. Privacy and newsletter 

If you ticked a box to give your consent to receive commercial communications, your data may be processed to send direct marketing communications, newsletters, advertising material and market research by means of traditional contact systems and automated computer systems, including commercial or promotional communications by email or SMS; the legal basis is your consent given in accordance with this privacy policy. In this case, providing your personal data is not an obligation of a contractual nature. You have the option of providing your personal data; if you fail to provide such data, however, it will not be possible to carry out any marketing activities. Your personal data processed for such purposes are stored for a period not exceeding 24 months from the date of collection.
