With regard to the right of withdrawal of consent, the data subject also has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, however, data processing operations carried out based on consent given prior to the withdrawal of consent shall be legitimate;
Right to restriction of processing: The data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller restriction of processing in the cases defined in Art. 18 of the GDPR;
Right to data portability: the data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data provided to the Data Controller, and has the right to send such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Data Controller in the cases and under the conditions specified in Art. 20 of the GDPR.
